There are no entrance requirements or examinations. Students may enter the Woodstock School of Art at any time and need not have any previous art training. Classes are open to all levels of experience. A non-refundable Matriculation Fee of $15 is required from first time enrolling students. Upon commencing a new registration period students must visit the school office before attending class. Matriculation, material, and model fees will be assessed at this time.
Tuition may be paid any time up to the first session of the student's enrollment. Advance registration is encouraged. Students may not enter class unless tuition is fully paid. The Woodstock School of Art reserves the right at any time to dismiss anyone for any reason which is deemed sufficient by the faculty and administration. Please note that under no circumstances are pets of any kind allowed at the School.

Cancellations and Transfers
Tuition fees are refundable less a $100 CANCELLATION FEE if the cancellation is made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled date of the Class or Workshop. Tuition deposits are not transferrable or refundable. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before the class starts, or for any classes the student does not attend. No exceptions can be made.
There are no make-ups for missed classes except if absence is due to illness or an emergency, and the student notifies the office
prior to class.
Most classes meet mornings from 9 AM to 12 Noon, afternoons from 1 to 4 PM, and evenings from 6 to 9. Tuition rates listed are for courses lasting 3 hours per day, per 4 week session unless otherwise specified.
