
BASIC PAINTING
Wednesdays, 1-4 PM, July 18-August 22
$140/4 consecutive classes
The study of color, adapted from, and inspired by, the teachings of the late American Impressionist Henry Hensche. Students will be working on color/value studies both outdoors and indoors,
painting from supplied forms - colored blocks and other objects with defined planes color - how it changes according to the light. Students with prior drawing/color experience are welcome to bring, set up and work from their own still life, or work outdoors on the grounds of the School. All levels welcome.

Students who have not previously studied at the Woodstock School of Art are required to pay a one time matriculation fee of fifteen dollars.
