Meredith Rosier studied at the Open Art School, Ivalo, Finland; Kuopio School of Art in Finland; and the Yale University School of Art. Additionally, she received a BFA from the University of South Carolina and an MFA from the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts. She also studied privately with Jacob Landau and Irving Petlin.

She has been awarded residencies at the Winchester School of Art in England, The Tangier American Legation Museum in Morocco, Yaddo in Saratoga NY, Lacoste School of Art in France, and the Vermont Studio School in Vermont.

Her work is in the collections of the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts Museum, the Weatherspoon Art Museum, the Arkansas Museum of Art, the Italian Consulate in Tangier, the Helsinki Foundation, the Tangier American Legation Museum, and Collection de Filosoof in Holland.

Rosier has exhibited extensively and is represented by Chace Randall Gallery in Andes, New York.
