PAINTING PLEIN AIR WORKSHOP
October 3-6, Wednesday-Friday, 9-4 PM, $290
Many aspiring artists are overwhelmed when faced with the complexity of plein air painting. I believe that along with learning how to organize and simplify that complexity, the secret to successful landscape painting is to train the eye to see more clearly. Working on location students will paint the landscape with an emphasis on sharpening the eye. (Not only will this make you a better artist but it will make you more visually aware of the world around you.) Students are welcome to use whatever medium they feel comfortable with.

Students who have not previously studied at the Woodstock School of Art are required to pay a one time matriculation fee of fifteen dollars.
